Before The Meeting
- Print out directional signs (you have to try this well before the meeting in case you have problems)
- Review and print the agenda
Meeting Night
- Arrive at the Blue Cross Blue Shield building by 7:15 at the latest
- Inform the guard that you're there for a support group meeting
- Hang the directional signs wherever you think appropriate so that newcomers can
easily find our meeting. Don't forget to bring some tape! In the past, we've put a
sign at each point you need to make a turn. These include:
- On the guard desk (right)
- As you turn into the first hall (left)
- At the top of the escalator (left down)
- At the beginning of the hall that leads to
the cafeteria (right)
- Just inside the cafeteria (?)
- At the door of the room (right)

Agenda
As facilitator you don't need to know everything about the subjects on the agenda. Just start the conversation to benefit the group. The group members who know about these issues will take it from there. This list is by no means a strict agenda. We want to keep the meetings relaxed and flowing. Use your own judgment.
